Access: A one-time payment of $39.95 grants a single buyer lifetime digital access to the book content, audio and video chapters, community discussion features, and the accompanying 90-day self-paced course. Access is tied to the access code sent to your email and is intended for personal, non-transferable use.

Content: All book text, audio recordings, video content, and course materials are the intellectual property of Larry Bailey and Mortgage Workflow Partners, Inc. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share any part of the Service without written permission.

Community Conduct: Discussion features are provided for respectful, constructive dialogue among readers. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for abusive, unlawful, or disruptive behavior.

Live Q&A Sessions: Live Q&A session links are made available to verified purchasers. Session schedules, availability, and hosts are subject to change.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the Service, all sales are final except where required by law.

Changes: We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us.

Information We Collect: When you purchase access, we collect your email address and payment details (processed securely by our payment provider) to deliver your access code and confirm your purchase. When you use community features, we store your display name, email, and posted content. When you take notes, highlights, or bookmarks, we store that content tied to your access token so it can be shown back to you.

How We Use Information: We use your information to grant and manage access to the Service, send transactional emails (such as your access code and purchase confirmation), operate the community discussion features, and improve the Service.

Data Sharing: We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Service (such as payment processing and email delivery), and only to the extent required to perform those services.

Data Retention: We retain your purchase and account data as long as needed to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations.

Your Choices: You may request deletion of your reader notes and account data from your Profile page at any time.
